We ship all products in the UK as per the table below. Outside these areas we ship all orders at competative rates and no matter what size of order placed, please refer to the table below.

We ship all orders by Royal Mail, within seven working days of receiving your order. However, it can take longer depending upon our stock levels and the time of year. If it is going to take longer than 14 days we will email you to confirm a delivery date, should this not be acceptable you may cancel your order and it will be refunded immediately. International orders are shipped using International Recorded Delivery or International Parcel delivery.

Please do check the status before contacting us as 99% of the time the Post Office have attempted delivery and your package is awaiting collection. Note: if this is the case you should have been posted a card indicating such.

From October, and running up to Xmas, please also note that deliveries may be delayed due to the volume of orders that we receive over this period of time.

Special orders such as limited edition gold CD's and montages can take a few extra days as they are all made to order just for you.

Any questions over delivery please do email us at mydelivery@movie-stuff.co.uk and we'll do our very best to get your question answered. Don't forget, we are only human and mistakes are sometimes made but we will do out utmost to resolve any delivery issues as quick as possible. Please include a copy of the receipt sent to you after placing your order as this will enable us to trace your order immediately. If you don't have this receipt don't worry; just send us as much information as possible including your name, address, how paid for, what you ordered and approximate date of ordering.

Any damage, shortfall, or non-delivery must be notified to us within fourteen days of receiving our despatch email, which informs you that we have shipped your order.

Please do give the package sufficient time to arrive, especially around bank holidays, Easter and during the Christmas and the New Year period. For guaranteed Christmas delivery please order by the 15th December, orders after this date may not arrive in time.


Please don't forget that film cells and presentations usually take around 7-10 working days before shipping, and gold/platinium discs around 14 days. Delivery times from dispatch are as in the table below:
