We
get many questions on how best to display film cells -
well then, here are our 'answers' that we recommend to
best show off your Limited Edition Film Cells, be they
standards, montages etc.
Obviously the best film cells to get are the lit ones,
but they are more expensive than the standard ones and as they being fairly new
the range is quite limited.
So then, the best way to 'show off' your
film cells is as follows: hang them on a wall which is lightly coloured and receives
natual light during the daytime and one that has light shone onto it during the
evening, a spotlight of some description is ideal. This will highlight the 35mm
film and really show it off to your friends and family!
You could of
course mount them over some light source as this will 'light up' the film cells.
At the end of the day film cells are unique and very collectable,
so just placing them on your wall and admiring them when
you pass is all you need to do.
