In
order to track your delivery you will need your Royal
Mail or Parcelforce referance number from your shipping
confirmation email, unless your order was sent by standard
parcels or regular post (you are unable to track this
item directly, so please contact us if necessary and
only after 15 working days have elapsed as we
are unable to put a trace on until such time).
When you have this number please click the appropiate
logo below and enter this number into their track and
trace online system.

do check the status of your delivery before contacting
us as 99% of the time the Post Office have attempted
delivery and your package is awaiting collection,
in which case a card indicating such should have
been left. Please note that Recorded Delivery items
cannot be tracked until the Post Office have made
a delivery atempt. |

| Parcelforce
deliveries are normally received in under 48 hoirs,
except around Christmas and can take a couple of
days longer during this busy period. |

Any
damage, shortfall, or non-delivery must be notified
to us within thirty days of receiving our despatch email,
which informs you that we have shipped your order.
Please do give the package sufficient time to arrive, especially around bank holidays,
Easter and during the Christmas and the New Year period. For guaranteed Christmas
delivery please order by the 15th December, orders after this date may not arrive
in time. |
